The architecture connects to enterprise knowledge sources through a connector framework — ingesting, processing, and indexing content from SharePoint, Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, and custom repositories.

The knowledge graph layer builds semantic relationships between concepts across sources — so a query about a project pulls together relevant Slack discussions, related documents, previous meeting notes, and linked support tickets, presenting a synthesized view rather than a list of search results.

Enterprise security is built in at every layer: SSO integration (SAML, OIDC), document-level access control enforced at query time, full audit logging of all knowledge access, and optional on-premise deployment for organizations with strict data residency requirements.
