Flexible AI Resource Model
Build, Operate, Transfer — Hire certified AI engineers, EDI specialists, and full-stack developers on your terms.
What is the BOT Model?
The Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model is a strategic outsourcing framework that allows enterprises to establish a dedicated offshore development center without the overhead of setting up a legal entity from scratch.
Edubild handles everything — hiring, HR, infrastructure, compliance, and day-to-day operations — while you focus on your product roadmap. After the operate phase, the entire team and infrastructure transfers to your ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model?
BOT is a strategic engagement model where Edubild builds your offshore technology team from scratch (sourcing, hiring, onboarding), operates it for a defined period (typically 12–24 months) while managing HR, infrastructure, and compliance, and then transfers complete ownership of the team and operations to your organization. It's ideal for companies looking to establish a long-term offshore presence without the initial overhead.
How long does the BOT transfer process take?
The build phase typically takes 1–3 months depending on team size and profile requirements. The operate phase runs for 12–24 months during which we manage everything. The transfer phase is a structured 3–6 month handover including legal entity setup, payroll transfer, IP assignment, and knowledge transfer.
Who owns the IP and code developed during the BOT period?
All IP, code, and deliverables created by the team belong entirely to you from day one. We operate under a full work-for-hire agreement with no Edubild IP embedded in your products.
Can I interview and select the individual engineers?
Absolutely. We present pre-screened candidates and you conduct final interviews, just as you would for direct hires. You approve every team member before they join.
What is the minimum team size for a Dedicated Teams or BOT engagement?
Dedicated Teams start at 3 members (typically a tech lead, developer, and QA). BOT engagements are recommended for teams of 5 or more to justify the structural investment.
Do you provide NDA protection?
Yes, all engagements are covered by a mutual NDA signed before any project discussions begin. Individual team members also sign NDAs as part of their onboarding.
